A pearl is a hard,lustrous spherical mass, whiter or bluish grey,formed within the soft tissue (specifically the mantle) of a living oyster or bivalre mollusc. A pearl is a very special and unique gift of nature considered by god. Pearl is the gemstone ruled by moon planet.

The best pearls are moonlike, shining white in colour, with a perfectly round shape. It’s lustrous and smooth. Different pearls have different meanings like white stands for spiritual gifts, rose for giving intelligence and power, yellow for  bringing material prosperity. Black pearls are rare, but are not ideal for development. Coppery or non-lustrous, dirty, cracked, misshapen or otherwise defective pearls should be avioided as they are inauspicious.
